ISTT Companies to Export Products to Afghanistan

Isfahan Science & Technology Town (ISTT) intends to expand economic cooperation with Afghanistan.
A group of investors and businessmen from the Paktia State in Afghanistan paid a visit to ISTT and a number of its resident knowledge-based companies. The delegation learned about the activities of ISTT and Sheikh Bahaei Science and Technology Park and got familiar with the achievements of ISTT's k-based companies. Following the visit, an MOU was signed between ISTT and Paktia Chamber of Commerce and Industries. The MOU aimed at expanding the bilateral business and economic cooperation and supporting Iranian and Afghan businessmen. Facilitating and establishing relations among the member companies in Paktia Chamber of Commerce and ISTT resident companies, preparing the ground for the presence of business, economic and industrial delegations from Paktia to ISTT companies for purchasing knowledge-based products and services, exchange of knowledge and experience between the two sides were among the other objectives of this MOU.
An exhibition displaying the k-based products was also arranged which was visited by the delegation and the companies had the opportunity to have B2B meetings with Afghan investors and businessmen.
